Let me break it down for you

Fine views paired with a serene atmosphere make this spot a winner. I loved the direct lake access for swimming after a hot sauna. The breakfast spread was delicious too, though some staff could be more accommodating. Cozy rooms with a wonderful balcony setup provided a relaxing escape. Can't recommend it enough!

All in all beautiful setting just next door to water spectacular views and the shores of lake Thun with stunning views of the snow-capped mountains. Also, close to everything. Spa lounge for guests, overall impeccable service.

The location just a walking distance from city centre was top. We ate at a good restaurant for both dinner and breakfast: D

The fine lakeside views captivated me! The spa was a fantastic bonus, with great saunas and direct lake access. Just wish the restaurant had better hours for dining 🌊

Everything was perfect: the setting, the room, the garden, etc.

We stayed there two days, and it happened that both days the restaurant was closed. The reason was that during the low season, they close the restaurant during two days a week, and those happened to be the days I was there. This was indeed very annoying, because in the evennings, instead of having a delightful dinner in my hotel, we had to get dressed and go into the cold weather outside to search for a restaurant.

After my hectic travels through paris and milan, this hotel was great with fine lake views and a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was great and the spa right by the lake was an amazing touch.

Nice location on the lake.

No big issues. There was no dinner available on wednesday at low season at least (thursday there was I guess). Anyway, it didnt bother me, as I was planning to go to Thun for dinner anyway. Breakfast was ok. No internet in the room, but wlan was working in the restaurant without a problem.

The location provides fine views of Lake Thun and the mountain Niesen. Easy access to a variety of outdoor activities like kayaking and the presence of a peaceful garden area.

The family room lacks privacy, as the open space design forces everyone to share the bathroom and shower area with little separation. Without air conditioning, the heat in that room during summer is uncomfortable. The restaurant options are limited, especially after hours, which restricts dining choices when you're looking for a quick bite.

There was the extensive breakfast, truly enjoyed the location.

The hotel was perfect and fantastic and located in a beautiful area. We have booked guest room for 1 night, everything was great, it had central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. The food in the restaurant was amazing.

I was not aware at the time of booking that the hotel offered evening meals. I think there was only the option of room with breakfast included.

Location by the lake in quite area

The personnel at the front desk were fabulous. I wish I got the name of the woman at the front deak when we arrived, she bent over backwards to do evreything to help our vacation, after we had had several problems which almost ruined out trip. She was arelly fantastic. The view is beautiful, the room was seriously comfortable and I wish we could have stayed longer.

It needs better exterior lighting outside at night for late arrivals. We could not find the hotel at 1 am at our unexpected late arrival and had to sleep in the car the first night.
